One might expect a play about end-of-life issues and the grieving process to be a real downer or a very preachy lecture, but this play accomplishes what many seek and few achieve: an involving, sometimes funny, intellectually challenging and emotionally engaging evening of theatre. The cast represents ensemble acting at its best, and there are enough twists and turns to keep you on your toes as some serious soul-searching takes place on stage--and in the audience as well. I laughed, I cried and I thought better of Arena Stage than I have in a while for having mounted this exemplary production.

Window Blinds

Among the real life plays I ever saw, it's play about love which captivates me most of the time. I never get tired of watching those kinds of play.
